"The imbalance between offer and demand in the labor market is characteristic for countries in transition. It constitutes a mismatch between the structure of offer and demand for labor in terms of occupation and education, qualifications or skills and competencies. The non-synchronization between economy and education is one of the segments of the characteristics of unemployed educational profiles, the second is non-formal education that remains outside the system - qualifications acquired in this way are not valued during employment."
Overall objectives include enhancing the employability of young girls and women in rural communities through education on entrepreneurship, strengthening social skills and career guidance and counseling on occupations, contribution to understanding and knowledge of the rights of young women and girls, their social and economic empowerment for independent decision-making and active participation in rural communities and improvement of public employment policies at the local level through research and report recommendations on the cooperation of the two local communities.
