From 14th to 16th November in Mojkovac and 18th to 20th in Kolasin was held the training "Writing and Implementing Business Plan". The training is a part of the project „Entrepreneurship for Young People - Join Now!!" which is being implemented under the initiative WeB4YES – Western Balkan Civil Society Organizations for Youth Employment Support.
The aim of the training was to empower young people to build careers and start their own businesses, as well as coping with the modern business environment. The participants were 15 people from urban and rural areas of Mojkovac and Kolasin. They want to start their own business through applying for grants of National Unemployment Agency. The grants are worth between 3.000 and 7.500 euros and are intended for young people, women who want to start their own business and the long-term unemployed.
Upon completion of the workshops, participants were provided with a prepared business plan and the required knowledge of the opportunities offered by government bodies and financial institutions in the application process for funding. Candidates gain knowledge during the training about what a good business plan should include, whether their business idea is sustainable, what prerequisites must be fulfilled for starting a particular business, what are the competitive advantages they need to have in order to succeed in the market.
Also, participants were provided with individual mentorship for their particular business idea. Mentorship included gathering informations about business idea from participant, creating sustainable business plan and develope sufficient marketing strategy.
